Range Design

First, we’ll do a complete inspection of your kitchen area and exhaust system to determine the kind of hood best suited for your business. We’ll listen to your needs and requirements before we begin the design and will only start fabrication once the design is approved. All designs will meet NFPA 96 standards and will comply with all building and FDNY safety codes.

Complete Exhaust Fabrication

Once your design is approved, our fabricators will go to work. All the hood and duct work is custom made to  meet exactly your unique kitchen specifications as well as the physical needs of your cooking area. Our materials including sheet metal and accessories are all compliant and suitable for commercial kitchen needs. Your new range system will perform exactly as you expect it to.

Installation

Our crew members are not only approved to install your new system, but their experience is among the best in New York City. Your commercial range system will look great and perform even better. We take care to protect the other areas of your restaurant and kitchen during installation. We’ll get it made and installed fast — done right the first time.

Whether you need fans, blowers, access panels, hinge kits, duct work or a kitchen range, we’ll get it made for you. If your duct work is compliant and you just need access doors or blowers, that’s fine. No job is too small or too large for Done Right. Even if you need insulation, we install fire wrap insulation or calcium silicate block. Both are New York City Building & Fire department approved.

Once your system is installed and working beautifully, consider a cleaning agreement with us. We’ll come in on days and hours specified by you, clean your entire commercial range and exhaust system, keeping you in compliance with all building and FDNY safety and fire codes. Your cooking area will be cleaned and polished to bare metal. Done Right cleans with high pressure, hot water washers and degreasers which clean deeper and better than hand washing.
