The Kitchen Hood Cleaner joins a team of other specialists to maintain, clean and service commercial kitchen exhaust systems. We use high pressure steam cleaners and industrial degreasers. Experience the reward of the best customer satisfaction in the 5 boroughs.
Duties of the Kitchen Hood Cleaner:
- Power wash kitchen hoods, ductwork, hood filters, rooftop exhaust fans, blowers and more
- Clean and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems
- Install auxiliary systems including access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems
- Complete service reports and document before and after conditions with photos and descriptions
- Exceed client expectations with service and communication
- Communicate and interact as part of a team
- Strictly follow policies, regulations and safety procedures of the industry
- Maintain and service company equipment
- All assigned duties by Crew Chief
