About the Services Manager
Join a fun, hardworking team of professionals in the kitchen exhaust cleaning industry. Done Right Hood and Fire Safety is the leading kitchen hood, grease trap and fire safety company in the tri-state area. The Services Manager for our kitchen Exhaust cleaning team is responsible for the servicing and maintenance of kitchen hood systems and accessories. The job requires attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection.
Duties of the Services Manager
- Report Service Alerts and provide Field Reports, QA Inspections and Hazard Assessments, etc.
- Provide the required before and after photos and submit to the company network
- Manage and order supplies and safety equipment to perform the service.
- Supervise the proper training & development of new technicians and service personnel
- Inspect the Kitchen Grease Exhaust system, including hoods, filters, ductwork, exhaust fans and more
- Ensure the proper installation, removal and sealing of access panels.
- Check all fluid levels daily
- Clean & maintain all P.P.E., tools and equipment.
- Service and upkeep of all assigned vehicles
