About the Director of Customer Experience

Leading our customer advocacy, the Director of Customer Experience (DCE) helps with the success of Done Right and is a key member of our account management team. The DCE is in charge of post-acquisition customer service and focuses on enhancing the client experience. The day-to-day operations involve customer contact, which requires that the applicant have excellent customer service and support skills.

Responsibilities of the Director of Customer Experience

  • Manage the customer experience, help with reporting and handling customer service issues
  • Tracking key customer experience data to enhance Done Right’s customer service policies
  • Provide high-quality service to all client needs
  • Support sales teams by managing our key accounts portfolio and by serving as the point of contact to clients
  • Work with Sales to create strategies for regional account growth and acquisition of accounts in new markets.
